After graduating from The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Mark had leadership roles in the UK and abroad. A Commanding Officer on operations, his roles included MoD policy and as a Colonel, he was a Director at the Defence Academy, teaching leadership to the Army’s future leaders. He was the Army’s head of Employment for 3 years before moving back to operational delivery. As a Brigadier he was the COO of UK Home Command that covered all UK activity.
Subsequently, he led work to advise the US Government on aspects of culture change and lectured the European Institute on culture change and leadership in large organisations. Mark was a member of a Business in the Community Board for 9 years and was appointed OBE for his work on culture change in 2010.
More recently a NED, director and advisor in the private sector, he has delivered culture, leadership and change training to large public and private sector organisations. Independently, Mark led a Government Mental Healthcare Review, delivered organisational change strategy for several large UK organisations and currently sits on senior and policy level grievance boards for a Government Department.
A founder of Insight966, Mark is working with several national public and private sector organisations delivering the Leadership Pathway Audit and wider leadership, organisational and culture change development.

Geoff started his career lecturing in Organisational Behaviour (post graduate) at Thames Valley University (Director of the MSc in HRM), Reading University, Bath University, Oxford Brooks University, Birkbeck (University of London).
Geoff was a Business Development Coach for Oxford Innovation Ltd, supporting SMEs on Government funded programmes for the South East England Development Agency) and in the West Country. He designed an on-line SME tool (Growthmapper) that identified the strengths and development needs of SMEs winning the Growth Accelerator Programme, used throughout England (20,000 businesses) for Oxford Innovation.
With over twenty years in Higher Education and twenty-five years in consultancy, training and coaching as well as many years as an external examiner for universities and colleges. Geoff has authored several books and many articles including: “Patterns of Behaviour”; “Assessing Managerial Effectiveness”; “Stratification Consciousness and Control in Industry”; “Body Language in the Sales Situation”; “Personnel Managers as Social Engineers, Harmonisation and New Technology”; “Understanding Body Language”; “Managing difficult people and difficult situations” and “Body Language in Management”.
